Jennifer Johnston holds over 20 years of banking and investment experience. Jennifer is a graduate from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences.
As Director of Client Services & Operations, Jennifer's primary role is to assist clients with operational needs and concerns. Building relationships and understanding the needs of our clients are very important elements to providing excellent customer service. Along with her experience in operational issues, Jennifer brings added value with her knowledge of specific investment vehicles, retirement planning, and insurance products. Jen was born in the Philippines then moved to Seattle at the age of 4.
Jen spends most of her free time keeping up with her adorable 6 year old son, Odin. Jen loves working on home improvement projects, checking out new local restaurants and food trucks, and vintage shopping.
